We are concern that your EDUR pumps are operating reliably and without failure. The robust design and high quality of materials along with accurate pump selection will allow for long service life. In order to have correct operation of a pump our operation instructions and suggested maintenance procedures have to be follow accordingly. The operating instructions also are available for download at our website www.edur.com.

We also offer additional measures of service. Our service department is prepared to send an estimate of costs after checking your pump at our works.

After receipt of your EDUR pump a detailed inspection will be completed. You will be sent an estimate of cost to repair the pump and a written evaluation of the pump. In completing the service of your pump existing parts that are acceptable will be reworked along with any new parts that are required. The pump will be completely reassembled to factory standards.

In addition to complete service of the pump our repair service also includes new painting of the exterior surface and a computer controlled final inspection. The pump repair completed by our experienced service specialist will have the same performance as a new pump.
